The Town of Burgaw invites residents and property owners to attend a Public Input Session for the
Storm Water Master Plan Project, a key initiative to improve drainage infrastructure and
stormwater management within the town limits.
Date: Thursday, July 10, 2025
Time: Floating from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: Burgaw Town Center, 108 E Wilmington St, Burgaw, NC
This informal, drop-in style session provides community members the opportunity to meet directly
with Town staff and representatives from W.K. Dickson, the engineering firm leading the project.
Attendees can share firsthand observations and concerns about local drainage issues, flooding, and
stormwater challenges in their neighborhoods.
Your feedback will help guide the development of a comprehensive Storm Water Master Plan
tailored to Burgaw’s unique needs and future growth. Whether you have specific flooding
concerns, suggestions, or simply want to learn more about how stormwater is managed in your
community, your input is valuable.
Why It Matters:
• Help identify problem areas that may not show up in models or surveys
• Influence solutions that affect your property and neighborhood
• Support long-term improvements to reduce flooding and enhance water quality
No registration is required—drop in anytime between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to contribute to a
more resilient Burgaw.
