Happy Friday, everyone!
Did you know this past week is National Child Passenger Safety Week?
We want to remind everyone that we are a registered checking station
and have 6 certified technicians that can check your car seats if you are
unsure. We have educational materials as well!
Below we have added some booster seat tips from the Safe Kids website.
Visit safekids.org for additional tips as well.
Don’t forget we are one week closer
to our Touch-a-Truck event that is
being hosted on Saturday, September
28th, from 10am-3pm at the Pender
Memorial Ball Park. Make sure to take
some time to come see us and all of
our community partners who help us
in our daily lives!
HAPPENING SOON
We want to give a huge round of
applause to Driver Operator Ivy
Floyd for passing Qualification
school and becoming certified as
a Firefighter I & II Instructor. This
is a major accomplishment and
one we are so very proud of her
for. All of her hard work and
dedication is paying off!
Congratulations!
